Justyn Vicky Accident: What Happened to Him?
Justyn Vicky, a popular fitness blogger and bodybuilder, was killed in a tragic gym accident. On July 15, he fractured his neck while weightlifting in a Bali gym.
Vicky was crushed to death by the barbell as he attempted to squat-press 210 kilograms with only one spotter. On Saturday, he was working out at The Paradise Gym in Sanur, Bali, but he couldn’t finish the lift.
Due to his inability to finish the lift, the Indonesian fitness guru “fell forward, cascading the weight bar off his shoulders and snapping his neck and head forward,” as reported by Bali Discovery. Vicky lost his balance and fell to the floor, causing the stacked weights to crash down the back of his neck. The spotter behind him could do nothing.
Employees at Vicky’s former workplace, Paradise Gym, recalled him as “more than just a fitness expert; he was a beacon of inspiration, motivation, and unwavering support.”
